There are more photos this month from Battersea – this time from Battersea Park and surrounds. It’s a very popular and busy park.

There are also some of the City – including a couple of St Dunstan in the West church in Fleet Street. This is a Church of England church but used most of the time by the Romanian Orthodox Church. It is difficult to photograph because of the lighting and I have tried twice before: one set of photographs were a complete failure and on another occasion, I couldn’t get in to the church as there was a big funeral about to take place.

Also difficult to photograph is the new student centre at the LSE – designed by Dublin practice O’Donnell and Tuomey – a prize winning Irish practice who also did the Photographers Gallery. I have to say that I think the new LSE Student Centre is quite brilliant and fits beautifully into the dense street structure around LSE.

Finally there are some pictures of some of the shops in my local high street – Teddington.
